  HI, Myself Kirit koladiya (pharmacist) . I am promoting health care service named as ABC health care programme. This programme is basically designed for maintaining vital health by tracking three most important parameter of health i.e. ABC parameter. A=Hbac level(average of your glucose level of last three month) B=blood pressure,C=Cholesterol level

What is diabetes-ABC programme?-This programme is designed special to control diabetes+blood pressure related complications and to improve health. To detect and prevent life threatening damage caused by diabetes like heart attack,vision loss,foot ulcer,mouth ulcer etc.

How can I help you?

-         Help in tracking status of diseases by regular laboratory test and other

-         Link between different specialist doctors like ophthalmologist and patient

-         To set and achieve blood glucose and blood pressure target

-         A review of drugs you are taking, monitoring drug interaction

     Step 1. Test of current ABC condition

     Step 2.Set target ABC level for healthy life

Step 3.Following of daily exercise, meal plan and     tracking of ABC score

I think everyone should undergo this ABC care ,thus it will help to maintain health.

Moreover it  prevents dangerous results like

- Heart attack(lower BP+cholesterol level helps)

- Avoids hospitalization

-Avoids Ratinopathy,naphropathy,foot ulcer etc(check out photos belows)
